Trunkrs semi-automated BIO-sorting

To strengthen its same-day delivery network, Trunkrs integrated three semi-automated bio-sorting systems. Each parcel enters the conveyor system, where weight and barcode are scanned and directly synchronized with the Warehouse Management System (WMS).

The barcode data defines the sorting route, enabling operators to process up to 3,000 parcels per hour with accuracy and consistency. By combining automation with operator support, Trunkrs achieves the speed required for rapid distribution while maintaining operational flexibility.

All process data captured in the WMS is used for quality assurance and verification, ensuring reliable performance and full traceability across the delivery chain.
