At Picnic’s Dordrecht site, Valor designed and installed a carton waste conveyor system above the existing material handling infrastructure — all while operations continued. Building on experience from the Oberhausen facility, the project required strict adherence to safety and a rapid timeline. Despite these challenges, the system was delivered successfully and earned recognition for excellence in safety, cleanliness, communication, and planning.
